6. Your rights

Under Québec law you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@eclipsemgmtagency.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.

7. Data deletion

If you end our engagement or withdraw your application, we delete your personal information within 7 days of confirmation, except where retention is legally required (financial records typically retained for 6 years under Canadian tax law).

8. International transfers

We may use service providers located outside of Québec. When we do, we apply contractual safeguards consistent with Loi 25's requirements for cross-border transfers.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use third-party tracking cookies. If we add privacy-first analytics in the future, we will update this policy and disclose what is collected.
